1. Agreement to Terms

By using TagAlong, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the TagAlong service, including purchasers and visitors who view TagAlong profiles.

2. About TagAlong

TagAlong is a service provided by Promereo Services Ltd. We offer NFC-enabled devices (cards, keychains, and other products) that allow you to share your contact information and digital content with others through a simple tap or scan.

3. Your Account

When you create a TagAlong account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account secure and not share login credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity on your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TagAlong to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or harmful links
• Spam or harass others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the service or other users

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Product Orders

When purchasing TagAlong products:

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack
• Orders are shipped to the address you provide
• Custom products (personalized cards) cannot be refunded once production begins
• Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected

6. Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with your TagAlong purchase:

• Defective products can be replaced within 30 days of delivery
• Contact us with photos of any defects for assessment
• Custom/personalized products are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your TagAlong profile. By using our service, you grant us permission to display your content when someone taps or scans your TagAlong device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

8. Intellectual Property

TagAlong, our logo, and our service design are owned by Promereo Services Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without permission. The TagAlong software and technology are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep TagAlong available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TagAlong is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promereo Services Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your TagAlong product.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the TagAlong service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile will no longer be accessible, but your TagAlong device will still function with default content.

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. 13. Changes to Terms
